ImmUniverse Data Platform#

The ImmUniverse Data Platform is a web application to establish, populate, maintain and provide access to a robust and secure data management and analysis system, according to Task 4.3 and Task 4.4.

This page is developed to grant the account/access, links to the data collection and data storage, more tasks will be embedded in this page.

ImmUniverse-LUMS Account#

LUMS account is User Management System from LCSB, UNILU. ImmUniverse partners need LUMS account for accessing the all ImmUniverse Data Platform services from UNILU. ImmUniverse members can make a request for a LUMS account by creating a ticket, then follow the guideline on LUMS account.

ImmUniverse Data Upload Platform#

ImmUniverse Data Upload platform is a collection of tools from ImmUniverse project for data uploading and data capturing.

Cohort Metadata REDCap#

Cohort Metadata REDCap is a REDcap instance to collect the cohort meta data by data provides.

Virtual Biobank REDCap#

Virtual Biobank REDCap is a REDcap instance for data providers to upload the (bio)sample meta data information.
