ImmUniverse Data Upload Platform#
The ImmUniverse Data Upload Platform is a set of tools that facilitates the collection of cohort metadata, sample metadata and clinical information from ImmUniverse project datasets. Briefly, a LUMS account is required to access the platform. Please follow the instructions to create a LUMS account or add the tools with your LUMS account with login.

Cohort metadata collection#
- The Cohort Metadata REDCap can be used to upload cohort metadata information. A LUMS account is required for REDCap or other tool during the data uploading. The instruction of cohort meta collection can be found on the Cohort Metadata Page.
Biosample metadata collection for prospective data#
The Virtual Biobank Platform is in essence a sample-metadata catalogue of multi-dimensional data with accompanying clinical data for the prospective data, which will be used to collect and import the data into the web-based ADA Platform using ETL (Extract-Transform-Load). Sample metadata can be uploaded with the Virtual Biobank REDCap and the sample metadata are stored and visualised with ImmUniverse ADA. Omics data collection#
