Data Access Platform#

ImmUniverse Data Access platform includes several data platforms: Data Catalog, ADA, Atlas and tranSMART.

To have any access to these platforms for ImmUniverse, you need a LUMS account. If you do not have a LUMS account, please follow the instruction to create a LUMS account or add the tools with your LUMS account .

ImmUniverse Data Catalog#

ImmUniverse Data Catalog is a platform enable consortium members to download raw and process data.

ImmUniverse ATLAS#

ImmUniverse ATLAS is a platform for visiting and viewing curated OMOP CDM data.

ImmUniverse ADA#

ImmUniverse ADA is a highly configurable system for secured integration, visualisation, and collaborative analysis of heterogeneous data sets. The instruction of login and visualization data in ADA could be found on ADA Page.

ImmUniverse tranSMART#

ImmUniverse tranSMART is an omics data collection platform. Currently, there are some downloading omics data from public data set were on tranSMART and the tranSMAR is waiting for the real data.
