Experimental metadata (including multi-omics)#

To efficiently access on the Omics data and analysis the Omics data, some specific information needs to be provided.

Metadata about the experiment or assay needs to be provided per sample, and should be uploaded together with the actual experimental data (see also Data Upload Guide) as TSV (tab-separated values) or Excel file.

You can download the multi-omics metadata template as an Excel file or please include the data generation document, including the data generation platform, tools, version of tools, etc.

Some data generation pipelines will be offered soon.
